Yes, both the Nikkah and Reception will be held on February 14, 2026. There will be a break between the ceremonies. The Nikkah will take place at 12:30 PM, followed by the Reception at 6:00 PM.
As our Nikkah will not be taking place at the Jamat Khana, all post-Nikkah traditions, including khoba khobi, will be held at the same venue. Both families are warmly invited to stay, participate, and enjoy the celebrations together. We look forward to sharing these meaningful moments with everyone.
We would love for our beautiful ladies to wear Indian traditional attire such as sarees or lehengas, and for our gentlemen to wear suits or traditional Indian attire such as sherwanis. Your efforts in dressing up mean so much to us and add to the joy of our celebrations. To help us maintain the aesthetic of each event, we kindly request that our immediate family and close friends avoid wearing red or black to the reception, and ivory/white or tan to the Nikkah ceremony. We truly appreciate your understanding and thoughtfulness in celebrating with us.
No, seating will not be assigned. However, we kindly encourage our families and guests to sit mixed together, rather than following the traditional separation between the bride’s and groom’s sides. As this celebration marks the union of two families, we would love for the seating to reflect togetherness. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating as one family.
Yes, we will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing our special moments throughout the celebrations. Guests are more than welcome to take photos and videos as well. We would love for you to capture and share these memories with us.
