Our friendship was founded on lots of sand volleyball, good food, racquetball, and constant inside jokes. We would always be the first to hear each other's comments in a crowd and have a sassy comeback, as well as the first to jump on an opportunity hang out. This friendship soon blossomed into a relationship involving lots of spontaneous road trips, coffee shops, breweries, concerts, park dates, buffalo chicken dip, and so much more.

The proposal took place in the mountains of Lake Lure, NC, on a cold, quiet morning. We woke up to go on a sunrise hike and planned to take some nice pictures together, since we are typically so bad at remembering to do that. We got a few beautiful photos and came to a spot near a creek where the morning sun was shining through the trees. It was the perfect scenery and the perfect morning, so Kasey set up the camera on the tripod as Will secretly grabbed the ring out of his backpack. Easily the happiest day of our lives and the easiest decision we've ever made!

From exploring the local area, to trying new restaurants or breweries, to taking on projects or skills we never tried before, and to taking very spontaneous mini-trips, we love seeing what life has to offer and trying new things. We love being outdoors which is why we spend so much of our time exploring through biking, kayaking, hiking, or even just simply taking walks around the neighborhood. However....we are never ones to miss a good movie or Mario Kart night! We look forward to traveling more and seeing what this world has to offer. Can't wait to start our life together!
