Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Hawaii's weather can change very quickly so please plan accordingly.
Hawaiian Cocktail attire: Men: nice slacks and button up shirt, closed toe shoes Women: Jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, etc... If wearing heels, we suggest block heels or wedges as it is a decent walk to the ceremony through grass.
Kualoa is just 45 minutes from Waikiki. Take the H-1 Freeway west to the Likelike Highway, Route #63. Proceed up the Likelike Highway and go through the Wilson Tunnel. Descend towards beautiful Kaneohe town and exit onto Kahekili Highway, Route #83, heading north. Continue along Kahekili Highway – note that the road becomes Kamehameha Highway as you pass the historic “Hygienic Store” in the village of Kahalu’u. In about 10 minutes you will see signs indicating you are approaching the Kualoa entrance which will be on your left as you round the curve past Mokoli’i Island (Chinaman’s Hat). Of course, the easiest way is to search for Kualoa Ranch in Waze, Apple Maps, Google Maps or any other smartphone or GPS app or use our street address which is 49-560 Kamehameha Highway, KANEOHE, HI 96744.
The ceremony is at 3pm HST If you cannot make the ceremony, cocktail hour starts at 4pm, and dinner starts at 5:30pm HST
We want everyone to enjoy our special day and do so safely. Please Uber or carpool to the venue. AFTER the reception ends, we will have a bus that can seat 100 people to take everyone down to Waikiki to either grab Ubers from there OR continue to party with us downtown Waikiki :)
We have decided to opt out of a traditional registry and are instead asking that if you feel inclined to donate to our house down payment fund as we aspire to move into our first home shortly after the wedding. You can either use the link on this website or venmo. Mahalo!
Although we want to incorporate the entire ohana, we encourage that you leave the kekeis at home so the adults can participate in all wedding activities worry free. If there is no option to leave them at home, they are still welcome.
For the ceremony, we are asking that you stay present with us in our special moment and ask that you don't take photos. We will have a photographer and videographer that will capture those moments and want to let them get the best shots. BUT after the ceremony, we encourage you to take photos and use the hashtag #HollaAtLaboy so we can find them all.
