When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is schedule for 5/25/2025 at 4pm. Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you have ample time for parking and finding your seat for the ceremony. ______________________________________________________________________________

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Lavender Ridge does have about 50 parking spots available on site. That being said, if you can carpool to the wedding it is highly recommended, as we are expecting 120 guests, so parking will be tight. ______________________________________________________________________________

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

To help our guests prepare for the *random* weather May can bring to Reno, NV, we want to let everyone know the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception dinner will be inside. ______________________________________________________________________________

Yes, Kasey and Robert love any excuse to dress up, so this wedding is a perfect event for you to DRESS TO IMPRESS in your finest cocktail attire and gowns! ______________________________________________________________________________

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, absolutely! When you RSVP by 4/18/2025 please let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions. We are planning on having gluten free and vegan options--but we MUST let the cater know 30 days prior to the wedding to ensure you are able to enjoy your meal at the wedding. ______________________________________________________________________________

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are limited to 120 guests. If the invitation you received indicated your date was invited; as previously discussed with the bride or groom, please bring them! We ask that if your invitation did not include a plus one, please refrain from bringing a date as we are unfortunately limited to a max guest count of 120 people per Lavender Ridge policy. Are kids welcome?

If previously discussed with the bride or groom, we can welcome a very limited number of children. Unfortunately, we are restricted to a max guest count of 120 people per Lavender Ridge policy. We hope if you're able obtain a sitter for the evening, you will be able to fully enjoy the wedding and dance the night away with our incredibly talented DJ Duo T-N-Keys. Thank you for celebrating the beginning of our new life together! Your presence at our wedding is the most meaningful gift we could ever receive. As we prepare to embark on our new journey as a married couple, we realize that we have enough belongings.
