Kasey and Niall were two college kids, separately looking for New Years Eve plans at the turn of 2015. Kasey had made plans to go out in Boston with friends. As luck would have it, the group got bigger when her friend asked to bring her boyfriend and his college roommate, Niall. From their very first conversation, Kasey had a huge crush on Niall. They could not stop talking all night and shared a New Years kiss. After 5 days of non-stop texting, Niall took Kasey on their first date to the Boston Aquarium. They had so much fun exploring Boston together in 10 degree, snowy weather. After the train ride back to Franklin, they didn't want the date to end and decided to get dinner together. They bonded over sharing the same favorite restaurant in Franklin, Acapulco's. After a perfect first date, the rest was history.

Kasey and Niall have a huge love for travel and National Parks. Niall planned a trip for Kasey's birthday weekend in 2020 to visit Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, ME. They spent the first day of their trip exploring and hiking all around the park. For day two of their trip, Niall had suggested they watch the sunrise at Cadillac Mountain, which has the first sunrise in the country. They woke up at 4:30 am and drove up the mountain. As the sun was rising over the harbor, Niall got down on one knee and asked Kasey to marry him. This was the best sunrise of our lives!
