The dress code for this event is semi-formal attire. Ladies, plan to wear a long or midi length dress or dressy jumpsuit. Men, plan to wear dress pants and a nice button up or a suit. No jeans please! The event will take place fully outdoor at a private estate.
Guests should plan to arrive at 2:30 to sign the guest book, mingle, and find their seats for a 3pm ceremony. Due to it being a Sunday wedding, the party ends at 8pm!
Yes. There is parking available for all guests at the venue. Uber or Lyft is also recommended.
Check the travel page for our hotel recommendations! We have a 15% discount at the closest hotel to the venue, Ayres Hotel Carlsbad. We have also included hotel recommendations near the beach and Carlsbad Village, the downtown area of Carlsbad. Additionally, there are many Airbnbs around San Diego and Carlsbad that would be great for groups or families! Please feel free to reach out if you would like input on finding a good place to stay.
We are asking that you kindly keep your phone away during the ceremony. We are hiring a photographer to capture the moment! Feel free to take photos afterwards during cocktail hour and reception.
No rush, we wanted to get information to our guests sooner than later as we know many of you are traveling and may want to start planning. We ask that you RSVP by September 28th, 2025. Formal invitations will be sent out closer to the wedding date with an RSVP deadline reminder.
