What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Candlewood Inn between 4:30 - 4:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are providing transportation to and from Hotel Zero Degrees. The bus will leave the hotel at 4:10pm for Candlewood Inn. After the reception, there will be a shuttle leaving Candlewood Inn at 10pm and 11pm for Hotel Zero Degrees.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP no later than August 10, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-Formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If there are any food allergies, please annotate them on the RSVP when you choose your meal option.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at Candlewood Inn. Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are also available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Adults only, please and thank you! We love your kids, but thought you could use the night off!

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation and annotated on the RSVP join us on our big day.
