We kindly ask that all guests arrive at 3:30 PM so everyone has time to settle in and find their seats before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.
We’ve decided to host an adults-only wedding to create a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere for our celebration. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the evening to its fullest. As a special exception, immediate family members/those little ones in the wedding. We understand that this may require some planning for those with young children, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.
Our ceremony will take place rain or shine! We’ve planned for an outdoor ceremony, so plan accordingly. Social hour & reception will take place indoor/outdoor.

Yes, we will offer a shuttle service for guests staying at selected hotels in New Richmond, WI. Shuttle schedule: Best Western in New Richmond- Pickup time: 3:05 PM Departure: 3:15 PM AmercInn New Richmond- Pickup time: 3:17 PM Departure: 3:25 PM Evening shuttle service will begin at 9:00 PM and depart each hour on the hour. The final shuttle at 11:00 PM will include an optional bar stop before returning remaining guests to the hotels. All shuttle services end at 1:00AM for those going to the bar.

Yes, there is parking available at the wedding venue for all guests. However, please note that overnight parking is NOT permitted at the venue due to events the following day.
Due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony site does have a flight of stairs, but for guests who need assistance, a golf cart will be available near the parking lot to help transport you to and from the ceremony site. Our venue owners will be driving the golf cart, and it will be ready to assist any guests who would prefer not to navigate the stairs. Simply approach the staff when you arrive, and they’ll be happy to help get you to the ceremony comfortably.
