Are kids invited?
Answer
Short answer - yes, but discouraged (besides nursing babies or infants). We would love for you to be as present with us as possible and get to fully enjoy this beautiful venue. Additionally, there is a fast-moving river on the property with no fences. For these reasons, we encourage you to leave the kiddo(s) at home. However, if this hinders your ability to attend, we welcome you and your kiddo(s). Please reach out with any questions!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
We advise that guests show up no later than 4:15pm for our 4:30pm ceremony. Any late guests will be asked to wait to enter until the ceremony is completed.

Can I add a plus one?
Answer
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Where should I fly into?
Answer
Your best options are Eugene, Redmond, or Portland! Redmond is closest to Bend if you want to explore the cute lil town we love so much and is 1 hour 25 minutes away from the venue. Eugene might be cheaper than Redmond and is 1 hour 10 minutes away from the venue. Portland is 2 hours 40 minutes away from the venue.

Yes! There is a parking lot.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know ASAP and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We have a wonderful photographer and videographer capturing every moment of our special day. We ask that you be in the moment with us and please refrain from using your phone during the ceremony. Ringers off, and phones put away. Please let the professionals do their job on capturing our day! The rest of the night, GO WILD! Please take as many as you want, AFTER the ceremony!

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP ON TIME?
Answer
If we do not get an RSVP back by our cutoff date of June 1, you will be marked as a "no". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to all our wedding vendors with adequate time!
