How do I book a room at The Inn at Leola Village?
Answer
Make a reservation by calling the front desk at (717) 656-7002 or online. Follow the following instructions for online booking. Select "book Today" on the Inn at Leola Village website. Select the drop down and change "Promo Code" to "Group Code". Enter code 041727B and select "Apply". Choose the desired date and select "Search".

When should I book a room by?
Answer
Please make reservations at the Inn prior to March 3rd, 2027. We have rooms blocked off if you wish to stay at the Inn, but any un-booked rooms will be released after March 3rd, 2027.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than February 17th, 2027. Anyone who does not respond by that date will be assumed not to be able to make it. Please RSVP with the provided card and pre-stamped envelope.

What should I wear?

We kindly ask you to look your best. Cocktail attire is requested.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

The ceremony and reception will be indoor. With the weather permitting, cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor.

The venue is at an Inn. There is plenty of parking available.

Will there be food served?

Yes, please come hungry. Following the ceremony will be cocktail hour with plenty of hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Dinner will be ready at 6, with dessert to follow.
