When should I RSVP?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by August 1st, 2026 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact ua directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by August 1st we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
While we adore children, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy the day without any distractions. Thank you for understanding!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same place at The Barn at Monterey Valley.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! Parking attendants will be out an hour before the ceremony to help with everything.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes before that time to allow for parking and finding your seat.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on slient for an unplugging ceremony. We are more than happy for you to take photos/videos once the ceremony is over.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal/cocktail attire. We encourage guests to dress up, celebrate with us, and look their best for our special day. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Only guests specifically listed on the invitation and RSVP are invited to attend. Due to venue capacity and planning requirements, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, and the bride and groom's signature drinks throughout the evening. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for guests to enjoy. We look forward to celebrating with you! 🥂💍✨

Will there be assistance for guests who need help getting to the ceremony site?
Answer
Yes, for guests who may need assistance with mobility or getting down to the ceremony site, we will have a golf cart available to provide a comfortable ride. If you require this service, please let us know ahead of time or speak to one of our coordinators on the day of the event

Can I fish in the pond?
Answer
Yes, fishing is allowed in the pond! However, we kindly ask that all fish caught be released back into the water. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a healthy ecosystem and ensuring the pond remains a beautiful feature for everyone to enjoy. Happy fishing!

Can I swim in the pond?
Answer
Unfortunately, swimming in the pond is not allowed. For safety and maintenance reasons, we kindly ask that guests refrain from entering the water. Please note that if anyone is found swimming in the pond, it may affect our security deposit with the venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the event space safe and beautiful for everyone!

What happens if it rains?

In case of rain, we’ve made arrangements for an indoor backup location. Rest assured, the celebration will go on, rain or shine. We’ll make sure everyone stays dry and comfortable!

Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find our registry details [here]. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift, but if you would like to contribute, we’ve selected a few items that would mean a lot to us.
