You Time
3:30 pm - 6:30 pm
After check in, for those of you staying onsite, there is a free space for you to fill! Take some time to explore the venue, hang out by the river or go play with the animals. The venue has tubes and rafts if you'd like to float for a bit or you can hang in the hot tub included with your cabin/yurt while you spend time in the quiet of nature. Take this time to relax and reflect!
If you are staying onsite Friday night and are not in the wedding party you can contact the bride if you would like to order pizza from BMBR or venture out to town for dinner. Each cabin/yurt has cooking equipment and a grill available to use for cooking if you would like to bring your own foods. For lunch on Saturday (if you stayed the night Friday) Trevor is going to grill out around 11:45.
Rehearsal Dinner
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Rehearsal Dinner will be closed to wedding party only. If you are staying onsite Friday night you are more than welcome to join us afterwards to hang out on the beach for drinks and good times!

Wedding
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and floor length gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We want you to be comfortable in whatever you wear but we would also love to see everyone dressed out in their favorite earth tones. Ladies, think rust and sage, terracotta and emerald, midnight teal and copper, burgundy and eucalyptus. I promise the pictures will be to die for.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Before the ceremony we will have light refreshments and music for your enjoyment. The ceremony will start around 4:30 and will be followed by a cocktail hour. We can't wait to share this moment with you all!
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
After the ceremony and cocktail hour, please join us for the reception where we will eat, drink and dance the night away to a live band/emcee combo that we adore! Nana's Porch will be catering an especially curated menu and The Erica Berg Collective will be filling the night with music to get you guys grooving.
After Party
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
As we wrap up the night of sharing time and space with one another over delicious food and dancing we invite you to hang out on the beach for beverages, bonfires and s'mores during and after. We plan on doing a faux sparkler sendoff around 9 PM but the party will continue until around 11 PM.
