Formal: Suits, or button down shirt and dress pants, sports jackets for men. Long dresses or tea-length dresses or pantsuits for women.
There will be passed hors d'oeuvres of Tomato Bruschetta, a Yukon Gold Potato Pancake with Short Rib, a Korean BBQ Beef Skewer, and Spanakopita. Dinner will have a side of Oven Roasted Potatoes and Chef's Vegetables.
