Where Is The Venue?

Answer

Our ceremony & reception are taking place at Evanelle Vineyards in Madera, CA. The ceremony will be held outdoors, and followed by an indoor reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony has a prompt start time of 4pm. To ensure a smooth and timely ceremony we respectfully request that guests arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM and no later than 3:45 PM. Guests arriving after 3:45 PM will be held by security and permitted to enter only after the conclusion of the ceremony, in order to avoid any interruptions.

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Springhill Suites - Madera Hotel. Please use the group code AGWAGWA when reserving. The Bridal Party will be staying in Clovis, CA! You are welcome to stay closer to us but please know that the venue is roughly 30 minutes from here. Is Transportation Provided?

Answer

Transportation following the conclusion of the wedding festivities will not be provided. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to their respective destinations. For your convenience and safety, we recommend utilizing local rideshare services such as scheduling an Uber ride in advance. Our venue allows vehicles to be left until 10am the morning after our event. We encourage you to plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and secure journey.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests observe a cocktail attire dress code for the celebration. Please avoid shades of white, ivory and red.

What If I Don't RSVP In Time?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by July 20th, you will be marked as "Not Attending" and we will not be able to accommodate you. We need to provide our vendors and venue with exact numbers by a specific date. You will be missed!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been counted for you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope that you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited, or "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.
