Our story began in October 2017 when we were homecoming dates. We were two nervous high school kids meeting for the very first time, but we hit it off right away. A couple of weeks later, after making our way through a haunted house together, Keelan asked Karsyn to be his girlfriend. We dated for about a year and made so many fun memories together. Keelan quickly earned the title of the best cheer boyfriend, always showing up to competitions to support Karsyn. Eventually, we went our separate ways... and if you ask Keelan, he'll still tell you it was Karsyn's fault. 😂 Even though our relationship ended, our friendship never did. Our moms stayed close (they always insisted we'd find our way back to each other someday), and as the years went on, so did we. We dated other people, but the year before Karsyn left for college in Hawaii, we spent more and more time together with our friends and became incredibly close. Even from thousands of miles away, Keelan never stopped checking in on Karsyn while she was at school. Every time Karsyn came home for a break, we spent as much time together as we could. During spring break, Karsyn realized her feelings for Keelan had never really gone away. We spent nearly every day together before Karsyn had to leave to finish her last few months of college. On the last night before she flew back to Hawaii, Keelan told her he didn't want to wait any longer and asked her to be his girlfriend. The next day, Karsyn flew back to school, and we spent the next few months doing long distance. As soon as Karsyn moved home, we were inseparable. We've spent the last several years growing up together—traveling together, finding every excuse to go to another country concert together, figuring out life together, moving into our first home together, and welcoming our two fur babies, who are our whole world. Looking back, it's pretty amazing that two nervous teenagers who met at homecoming ended up here. We've had the chance to grow up together, support each other through every season of life, and build a life we love. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of our favorite people, and we're grateful to have you be part of our story.
