Garden of the Gods
We visited here at sunset, and needless to say, we highly recommend! There are many hiking trails, beginner to advanced, throughout the park-you can also just drive through if you choose!
Seven Falls
Aaron and I visited here shortly after moving to Colorado (that is him and our dog, Ollie, in the photo), and it was the perfect place to show us what our new home had to offer! As a fair warning, the staircase to the stop is quite long and steep, and we recommend taking the elevation into account if you are considering, especially our Texan loved ones! There is also an elevator for use.
Pikes Peak
Aaron and I took my mom here on her first ever trip to Colorado to visit us! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the summit is accessible by car! We highly recommend checking the weather conditions prior to your visit.
