Not at all! Feel free to stay wherever you like! Cabo is a beautiful place with many resorts and things to do! We just highly encourage Pueblo Bonito due to the all inclusive rate and accommodations they provide on site, while also being close to the wedding party!
Me & Caleb will be arriving Wednesday 4/9/25. There will not be wedding activities until Thursday 4/10/25 for the Welcome Bonfire. The bonfire isn't required just a welcome party to kick off our wedding weekend! We do recommend that you arrive at least by friday evening and thursday evening if you are a part of the wedding party. Feel free to stay as long you want at the resort! The discount code will work for how ever many days you wish to stay!
Please make sure you pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, casual clothes for the day time and for the wedding & rehearsal and of course a great time!
The Ceremony will be located near the beach called Lover's Meadow! We will make sure everyone gets a map of the resort upon arrival and knows the location of all wedding events!
We kindly ask that you wear beach cocktail or semi-formal attire for our special day!
While at the resort, please free to reach out to the front desk. They are more than accommodating for setting up a taxi if you wish to explore Cabo or setting you up with transportation to the other sister resorts (which is a free transport to and from).
After you get your bags and walk outside the airport, you will see many vendors and have people approach you about transportation. Just kindly decline and continue down the path outside until you see someone holding a sign that says "Cabo Travel Solutions" they are in Bay 13 which is at the very end of the transportation aisle. They will have your information based on the name you provide under the transportation reservation.
On the flight, the flight attendants will give you a custom form to fill out for each family, couple or person, if you are flying solo. You will fill this out and keep this with you until they ask for it at the customs desk. After you land you will immediately be escorted to the customs desk where they will check your passport and then you can grab your bags. After you grab your bags you will wait in another line in which you will turn over your customs form and they may or may not check your bags based on a button system that you must press once you get to the front. After that line you are free to go outside to find the transportation which will be located at the back of all the vendors in bay 13.
