FAQs

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the church about 15 minutes ahead of time (around 3:45) so you have a comfortable amount of time to park and be seated for the 4pm ceremony. After the ceremony, you can proceed to Maderas to enjoy cocktail hour!

Question

Will the wedding be kid-friendly?

Answer

Yes! We will have activity kits for children during the church ceremony; We understand and embrace the fidgets and noises that make young children’s presence even more precious. We will also have lawn games and non-alcoholic drinks during cocktail hour, and kids' meals at the dinner reception.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

The Church and Maderas both have their own parking lots and offer free self-parking.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations close to each other?

Answer

Yes! The reception venue (Maderas Golf Club) is only a few minutes away from the ceremony venue (RB Community Church). Directions to Maderas from the church: Turn right onto Pomerado Road from the church parking lot. Turn left at Espola Road and proceed for 1.4 miles. Turn left onto Old Coach Road and proceed for 1.3 miles. Maderas is on the left.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We suggest cocktail attire.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 28th.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The church ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour at Maderas will be outdoors on the Fountain Lawn, while the rest of the dinner reception will be inside Maderas' Del Lago ballroom.
