The elopement took place on September 30 at 5:30 PM in a suite offered by one of the vendors, as plans to get married on the beach were interrupted by the hurricane.
The ceremony was emotional and the two exchanged vows of love.

English: Although we want special people at that moment with us, our budget was limited and karol's family could not come. So we chose to celebrate our love in each other's company, but we plan in the future to celebrate the union with the presence of family and friends in Brazil.
