Queen Creek Olive Mill

One of our favorite places to go on a date! Queen Creek Olive Mill is a unique agri-tourism experience and marketplace. As a local sustainable farm, we produce Arizona's only extra virgin olive oil. Visitors from all over enjoy "Olive Oil 101" our educational tour where you'll learn how we make EVOO, how to use it in your kitchen, and why it's so darn good for you! Unique shopping and local foods await after the tour where you can browse a wide variety of olive oils, vinegar, and more. Our oil selection includes a number of flavors ranging from roasted garlic to bacon and many more. Don't forget to grab a fresh bite to eat at our in-house restaurant that serves delicious breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Located just outside of Phoenix in Queen Creek, AZ. We love spending time with the cute rescue birds while grabbing a drink and a bite to eat! Local Arizona Brewpub in Downtown Chandler doubling as an exotic bird sanctuary, partnered with The Arizona Exotic Bird Rescue; housing and caring for more than 20 birds, ranging in size and color; from Parakeets and Love Birds all the way to African Greys, Cockatoos, and even a quite rare Blue Hyacinth Macaw, all with their own unique (and remarkably human) personalities. The staff is top notch in all facets of the establishment. The brewers pride themselves on their consistency and quality of our mainstays and their creativity of our seasonal brews, while the kitchen staff prepares a wide range of excellent craft food items. Try out the rooftop patio for breathtaking sunsets, an amazing cityscape, and the best local musicians in town.

Tempe Town Lake

Come enjoy a day out on the sandy "beach" park, rent boats, kayaks, double kayaks, paddle boards, donut boats, paddle boards, pontoon boats, pedal boats and electric boats. Walking and biking trails available, as well as fishing. Keep a lookout for fun events at the lake going on as well. Tempe Town Lake is an artificial perennial reservoir located just north of Tempe Butte at the confluence of the intermittent Salt River and the ephemeral Indian Bend Wash in Tempe, Arizona, United States. The reservoir receives most of its water from the Colorado River through the Central Arizona Project.

Gilbert Farmers Market

This one of our favorite date spots, and also Camila's (CT's)!. Delicious food, beautiful art and great atmosphere! During spring time the Gilbert Art Walk is happening too within the same area Gilbert Farmers Market (GFM) is located in Downtown Gilbert just west of the iconic Water Tower and is open every Saturday. With over 100 vendors year-round, the market features local, chemical-free, organic produce from many local farmers, farm fresh eggs, meat, cheese, bread, sweets, coffee & tea, sauces, seasonings and many other locally made artisan products. Saturdays 7 AM to 11 AM In Downtown Gilbert, next to the Iconic Water Tower. No entry or parking fee!

The Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix

The Japanese Friendship Garden is a Japanese stroll garden in Phoenix, Arizona known as Rohō-en in Japanese. The garden encompasses 3.5 acres and includes a tea garden and tea house.
