Question

Important GPS Navigation Tip for Valet Parking & Rideshares at the InterContinental

Answer

GPS and Rideshare apps (Uber/Lyft) often direct drivers to Lower Illinois Street by mistake. To arrive directly at the hotel main entrance and valet parking on Michigan Avenue, please type "Michael Jordan's Steak House" as your GPS destination instead!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Question

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Cocktail Hour doors open at 5:30 PM. Should you arrive early, please feel free to make yourselves comfortable in the lobby area or grab a pre-reception drink at Michael Jordan’s Steak House.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church has a large parking lot next to the building. We are happy to provide complimentary 12-hour valet event parking at the InterContinental. Please mention the Rys-Gaik wedding when dropping your vehicle off at valet at the hotel's main entrance on Michigan Ave. Alternatively, there are several SpotHero parking options in the vicinity of the hotel if guests prefer to park themselves.
