Their Story
Their story began as teenagers; Eric was working his first job at a local beverage distributor and Karolina was working at the ice cream shop next door. It was likely the more outgoing Karolina, who first struck up a conversation with the more reserved Eric and an immediate bond was formed.
Fast forward to their college years, they stayed in touch and began dating when Eric would come home for weekend visits. Date nights at Pio Pio and binge-watching The Office quickly turned into a serious courtship.
Through many vacations, moving in together, and getting their dog, Teddy, their bond grew stronger every step of the way. The now slightly more outgoing Eric proposed to the now slightly more reserved Karolina in Montauk, where they first fell in love.
