When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3 pm. Once you arrive at the hotel lobby, you will be escorted to the Library, which is a private venue. You can relax there before the ceremony begins.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the Travel tab above for hotel recommendations in Koh Samui. Additionally, we have secured four Deluxe Pool Villas (for two nights each) at the Banyan Tree Resort at a discounted rate under our wedding package. First come first serve for those discounted Deluxe Pool Villas. Contact us at (213) 446-1410.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotels?

Answer

Please contact Chai at +66 80 086 9342. Chai is able to arrange transfers to Banyan Tree Resort, and any other hotel on Koh Samui.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a welcome lunch for all our guests at Beachside Restaurant at Banyan Tree Resort on Saturday, November 21, 2026 at noon. Additionally, we will be planning a group activity for all our guests the day after our wedding. Some options including visiting The Elephant Sanctuary, the Fisherman's Market, or just having brunch at the beach club! We'll let you know!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to wear elegant attire suitable for a tropical beach setting. Lightweight fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk, or chiffon are encouraged. Please avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or any shades that may resemble the bride’s dress. Our ceremony will take place at sunset, so you may wish to bring a light shawl or jacket for the evening breeze.
