What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcome to join for the weekend and welcome festivities. We do ask that the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception remain child-free.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is complementary valet parking at the venue for all wedding guests!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Joshua’s Worldwide Transportation will provide shuttle service from the Hyatt to the Delamar beginning at 2:30 PM, with the final departure at 3:10 PM. Return shuttles to the Hyatt will run from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
