The venue, The Mansion at the Strathmore is technically in North Bethesda, MD (Saverio argues that it's not a real place, and it's really just Rockville). It is very close to both Rockville and Bethesda and is located on the Red Metro Line in the area. The best airport to fly into would be Reagan, followed by Dulles. Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) is an option but it is the furthest and will require a car rental to get around.
