When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request your RSVP by Sunday, March 12, 2023 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the woodland center and caterer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The woodland center will be open at 4:00 pm for you to come, have a drink and mingle before the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Can I bring a date?

Our venue has a small capacity so we can only allow those specifically listed on the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress attire is garden party. Lighter fabrics and soft colors. Florals, pastels, and khaki.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on the back deck of the woodland center (weather permitting) and the reception will be inside the Dogwood Room. The deck will be open during the reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you refrain from taking any pictures during our ceremony and remain in the moment with us. However, please take as many pictures as you like during the reception and share what you would like to with us!

What is the menu?

Answer

We will have a buffet, self-service dinner of a variety of mediterranean food.

What drinks will be provided?

Answer

There will be choices of beer and wine for your enjoyment. The woodland center does not allow liquor on site.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a wedding registry for items. Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. If you would like to contribute to our honeymoon we are accepting that on the 'Honeymoon Fund' section of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the woodland center.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Answer

Per woodland center rules, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is restricted to parking lots only.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have official transportation to and from the hotel to the woodland center however there are rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) in the area.
