What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our event is cocktail/semi formal. Simple, yet elegant. The ladies should opt for a tea length, knee length or midi look. For the men we recommend a suit & tie, or khakis and a nice button up shirt with dress shoes. Any colour is welcome.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accomodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults only occasion. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin at 3 PM so plan to arrive by 2:30PM. Once the ceremony begins, you will not be able to enter until the ceremony is completed.

Please RSVP by June 15, 2025.

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking is limited, so we strongly suggest getting a ride to the ceremony. There will be a shuttle provided to take guests from the ceremony to the reception. If you must bring your vehicle, there will be parking on Quinsam rd, the gold river highway and nursery rd.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Due to the limited parking, there will be a shuttle service provided to take guests from the ceremony location to the reception. Safe rides home will be provided by Bill Howich in the evening from 9pm-1am. Please remember to tip your driver!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be a hosted bar. Once the reception begins, there will be a toonie bar available. Last call will be at 1200am.
