January 2014 of Freshman year, Karly and Joe were grouped together in a general communications class where they met for the first time. They became friends and later on in the semester, found out they were rushing the same business fraternity! Eventually, they became pledge brothers of the greatest business fraternity, Phi Chi Theta (PCT), which started a best friendship. Over the next 2 years, they would grab lunch, go to football games, and hangout with many PCT friends together. This strong friendship grew over time and on January 5, 2016 in New York City, Joe officially asked Karly to be his girlfriend and the rest is history!

They have now been together for over seven years and are thrilled to embark on this new chapter in life together!
