Santa Rosa Airport
For those who are flying in from out of town, the closest airport to the venue is the Santa Rosa Airport. Starting April 2026, Southwest Airlines will fly directly into this airport! So we suggest setting a reminder to check around that time if you are looking for the most convenient option. Other airport options if you plan to rent a car or meet up to carpool with family/friends are Sacramento, Oakland, SFO, and even San Jose.

There are a few different areas that we recommend if you are looking for a cozy rental stay in wine country. You can browse Healdsburg if you are looking to stay close to the venue with easy access to downtown. Santa Rosa is a great option for people looking to stay in a more suburban area, with closer access to the Santa Rosa Airport. Sonoma is a third option, a little farther from the venue, but with great options for famous wine tasting and for those with a long weekend stay planned!

This hotel is an option a little further from the venue but in the heart of wine country. It is a popular option for people vacationing in the area and wanting easy access to nationally known wineries. It is highly recommended for those who are loyalty members with available points as well.

These are deeper into wine country, but still convenient to both the airport and the venue.
