Come as you are — just a little nicer. Think casual western / dressed-up comfortable. Jeans, boots, sundresses, button-downs, and nice casual outfits are all perfect. No need for anything super formal.
The ceremony will be outdoors, so plan for the weather and comfortable shoes. The celebration afterward will be at the cabin.
We recommend arriving about 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so everyone has time to park, settle in, and find a seat.
Please refer to your invitation or RSVP for the number of guests included.
We’ll include recommended lodging options nearby for guests traveling in from out of town. Some family and close friends have been invited to stay at the cabin directly.
Transportation will not be provided, so we recommend driving if possible. The closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (about 45 minutes from the cabin area).
Yes! Parking will be available at the venue and cabin.
We love your little ones! Please refer to your invitation for details on who is included.
September in the Smokies is usually warm during the day and cooler at night, so bringing a light jacket for the evening is a good idea.
We’ll have dinner, drinks, and plenty of time to celebrate afterward at the cabin. Come hungry.
For guests traveling back to Knoxville, we ask that departures happen by around 10 PM on Saturday night.
Absolutely. We’d love for everyone to capture memories and share them. We may ask guests to keep phones away during the ceremony itself so everyone can be present in the moment.
