What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Wedding Party should arrive 10:00am Other Guest should Arrive at 10:30am.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

High temperatures average the mid- to upper 90s in the summer. Occasionally, the temperature will surpass 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

10:30 am Guest arrival 11:00 am Ceremony begins (15-45 minutes) 11:45 am - 12:30 pm Photography. 12:30 pm Walk to the Veranda room once the photography is done for our mini reception until 4:00pm.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Drinks: Soft Drinks / Water Meal: Salad & Chicken Alfredo Pasta After the Ceremony ends if anyone desires a different style of drink while waiting for the Reception the Fang and Feather (Crowded Barrel Whiskey Co) is open on site per the venue. Please note that these drinks will be self-funded.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Our desire is that every person can be present in the moment. Since this is a private ceremony family and friends are welcome to take photos but please be mindful of the photographers view. but we ask for some privacy when it comes to posting. Thank You for your understanding.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

10 July 2024 No RSVP response will be taken as no attendance. The final guest count will be submitted to the venue and no changes will made once finalized.
