Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs should be completed by September 1. This allows us time to confirm seating and meals with our vendors!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest may start to arrive at 2:00pm; though you should arrive by 2:15pm at the latest. Our venue does prevent entry right before the ceremony starts at 2:30pm. You will be able to enter the venue after the ceremony has finished to attend the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail. Men should wear shirt and tie (jacket if weather is chilly). Ladies should wear dress or pantsuit; do note that the grounds are mostly grass and gravel - we strongly recommend against wearing stiletto heels.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome. We do ask that you keep track of your kids though as the venue is being held on a farm that folks do live and work on.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please make sure to specify in the RSVPs.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend looking at hotels in Lynchburg and Roanoke (though do take note of location in Roanoke). Other alternatives are Airbnb and Vrbo homes.
