Unfortunately, no. As much as we love your families and children, we have decided to make our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event.
The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. We are encouraging a formal garden party dress code but understand that cocktail attire may be more suitable for the weather as it may be very warm in late June. We suggest that men wear a suit preferably with a tie and women wear a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Please no blue jeans or sneakers.
Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service that will depart at 4:00pm from the Hilton Garden Inn Arvada Denver located in Olde Town Arvada. Parking is available at the hotel and in the Olde Town Arvada garage if you would like to utilize the shuttle service but are not staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Yes! There is parking on site at the venue for those who would prefer to drive. Please note that Uber/Lyft service from the venue is difficult due to the location. If you plan to drink, we recommend using the shuttle service and ordering an Uber/Lyft from the Hilton Garden Inn Arvada Denver.
Yes! The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location.
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors while the reception will be split between indoor and outdoor seating. Dancing will be held outdoors (weather dependent).
Denver in the Summer can be very hot and dry! Golden is at a higher elevation and the high temperatures in late June range from the mid-80s to low-90s. There is a strong likelihood of a brief rain shower in the early afternoon.
If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes! Otherwise we look forward to celebrating with just you.
