Our dress code is Black Tie Optional, with tuxedos highly encouraged. We kindly request that women wear elegant floor-length gowns for the occasion.
Ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before. Transportation will be provided from the Renaissance and the Loews starting at 1:20pm. This will be an unplugged ceremony; phones must be silenced. Parking is available at C.A.T.C.H lot via 15th Street & Federal.
Complementary parking will be provided at the connecting lot. As you are driving down Chestnut Street, turn left into the lot with the large mural painting. 717 CHESTNUT STREET 19106.

We have blocked rooms at Loew’s Hotel, 11 min walk to Union Trust, Renaissance Downtown, 6 minute walk to Union Trust. Transportation will be provided to and from ceremony and reception to each hotel.

Union Trust doors will open at 5:15PM.
After the ceremony, you'll have time to relax and refresh at the hotel. Convenient transportation will be provided from St. Rita's to the hotels, and then from the hotels to Union Trust, with shuttle service beginning at 5 PM.
Transportation will be provided for your convenience throughout the wedding day. Shuttles will run from designated hotels to St. Rita's for the pre-ceremony at 1:20 PM. After the ceremony, transportation will return guests to their hotels during the interim period. At 5:00 PM, trolleys will begin running from both hotels to Union Trust. Guests should plan to meet at the designated pickup location at 5:00 PM, as shuttles will make continuous loops to ensure everyone arrives at the venue. For those wishing to depart later in the evening, transportation will provide continuous loops back to the hotels from 9:30 PM until the After Party concludes.
Trolley Transportation Schedule: Trolleys will be available throughout the entire wedding day: 1:15 PM: Pickup from Lowe's and Renaissance Hotel to St. Rita's After ceremony: Return trip from St. Rita's to guest hotels *Please gather in the hotel lobby by 5:00 PM* 9:30 PM - 12:30 AM: Continuous trolley service until after the reception concludes
We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

After Party will take place in mezzanine of Union Trust after reception concludes. We invite all guests to join us to celebrate with an open bar and Philadelphia themed bites until 12:30AM.
Kindly note that there will be a brief interval between the ceremony and the reception. During this time, we invite you to enjoy the local area at your leisure before joining us for the evening celebration. Please meet transportation in the lobby at 5PM
