We recommend staying outside of the Loop to experience some of our favorite Chicago neighborhoods. Below are a few areas we love, along with hotel suggestions depending on the vibe you’re looking for. Airbnbs / VRBOs in any of these areas would be great, too!

Best for: Guests who want a local experience and to stay near some of our favorite spots

Vibe: Chic, buzzy, and food-forward
Best for: Guests who love restaurants and a polished but fun atmosphere
