The venue offers wood framed glamping tents on site, about a 10 minute walk from the venue. If you are interested after looking at the photos, please text Alex at 860-384-2818 before you book. The group code for the website is b373465. We may be able to provide a discount on a first come first serve basis, there are a limited number.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Keene Downtown
Go to marriott.com/mhtkn. Fill in your stay information using the drop down boxes (dates, people, etc.). In the "Special Rates" dropdown, select "Corp/Promo Code" and enter discount code "LPR". Then view rates with the applied discount. The rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. This is not a hotel block but discounted rates through the hotel for our wedding. You must book online following the instructions above to receive the discount. The front desk is unable to reserve rooms using this code over phone.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Fairfield Inn Keene to Cobb Hill and Return
May 3, 2025 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
We will have a shuttle (big yellow bus, can't miss it!) picking guests up at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Keene Downtown arriving at 1:50pm departing 2:00pm sharp going to Cobb Hill Estate. The shuttle will depart from Cobb Hill Estate 10:30pm. This is an option for all guests whether staying at the Fairfield or somewhere else, that is just the centralized pick up/drop off location.
