Question

How do we book?

Answer

Please book through our Travel Agent, Chelsea Whitfield at Chelseawhitfield@travelmation.net - Simply email her stating you are looking to place your deposit for the Wedding of Issac and Karli & she will know exactly what you're talking about! Booking through our Travel Agent secures our wedding package/block with the resort! Plus we've already reserved your spot :)

Question

Do you have a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a set number of rooms at a discounted rate for our family and guests. This is on a first come, first serve basis so book as soon as you can to ensure a great rate!

Can we stay somewhere besides the resort?

Answer

We recommend staying at the resort, although if you choose to stay off-site at another resort or AirBnb keep in mind that day passes for the resort cost $100-$120 and may not be available due to high season and resort popularity. Day passes are subject to availability so to ensure you are able to attend the wedding, we recommend avoiding that route.

Can I bring guests/ +1 not noted on my invitation?

Answer

We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear on the invitation or under your name when you RSVP. If you choose to bring additional guests to Cancun, that is fine, however, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation for the event.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

YES! Because Cancun is in another country passports are required to re-enter the U.S. Due to the current circumstances, passports are taking a little longer to process and come in so if you need to apply for one or renew yours please do so as soon as possible. Please remember that your Passport must be valid for 6 months after our return date.

When is the deposit deadline?

Answer

We hate to put the pressure on but because of Covid, everything is booking up fast. Our wedding block is reserved until November. A deposit of up to $200 per room is due by Monday, November 1st. You will have the choice to pay your balance in full or to make monthly payments.

What if the wedding is cancelled due to Covid 19?

Answer

As of right now, everything is looking very promising for traveling next summer. However, we all know that can change & we unfortunately don't have the answer on what will happen if Covid strikes again. Your trip $$ will either be given as a travel credit or possibly a full refund, but we PROMISE if we do get cancelled, we will move our wedding to a different date and possibly a different location so your travel credit will not go unused. Lets all be positive & pray that doesn't happen, because we can't wait to get away! Please refer to your booking confirmation for your correct insurance policy. How are you getting to and from the airport in Cancun?

Answer

Since we are staying at an AM Resort, we will be using their shuttle service. From $33 a person these convenient roundtrip transfers ensure seamless arrival and departure for every guest. As an added benefit to staying at an AM Resort hotel, this transfer provides you with a complimentary upgrade to non-stop transportation. While this transfer will still be shared with our customers you will not have to stop at other hotels along the way. On arrival you will receive a warm and friendly welcome by an Amstar Representative for a seamless check-in and get whisked away to the resort. For your return journey, your driver will meet you at your resort and take you back to the airport. Feel free to explore other options for transportation to and from the resort.

Yes they offer a variety of daily activities.
