What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrange accordingly.

Where do I park?

Answer

Some parking will be available at the ceremony site. Otherwise, please park in the main building lot, as there will be a shuttle from the hotel front desk to the ceremony site at 2:45, 3:00, and 3:15 (it will then transport you back to reception after the ceremony).

will the ceremony be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors at the resort's 'Fairway Grove.' If the weather deems not in our favor, the ceremony will be held inside the reception space (Grand Ballroom).

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held on property at the Chula Vista. It will be located indoors in the 'Grand Ballroom.'

Yes! Please take as many pictures as you'd like! :)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by Saturday, July 13th, 2024, by clicking on the 'RSVP' tab and searching your name. We want to ensure the correct numbers for our vendors so that we can be fully prepared for our big day! If you have any issues RSVPing, please let Karli or Dustin know.
