Yes, parking is free for all guests.

If I stay at Hawkesdene, how will I know where I am staying?

Answer

If you want to know, ask us! Since we know you all, we will be placing you very mindfully.

What is the link for the Hawkesdene payment portal?

Answer

https://www.hawkesdene.com/guest-payments/ Step 1: Fill out the required fields. Step 2: Under “Details,” Mark “yes” to the question that asks whether you have been invited to attend a wedding at Hawkesdene. Step 3: More fields will appear after you mark “yes.” Fill out those fields and select our names from the drop down list under “Name of Couple or Group.” Step 4: If you are paying for more than one person, please put FIRST and LAST names of each individual you are paying for in the comments.

Is there a map of the Hawkesdene property?

Answer

Yes: https://www.hawkesdene.com/hawkesdene-ground-map/ Please keep in mind that the property looks unwalkable on the map, but is very walkable in person. The whole property can be walked in approximately 10-15 minutes.

What are meal times for guests staying on the property?

All meal times are listed in the Schedule tab for each meal.

Will Hawkesdene have non-alcoholic beverages/snacks available?

Answer

Yes, there is coffee, tea, soda/water, and sweet/salty snacks available. Soda/water and sweet/salty snacks are available 24/7 in the main house.

How do I check-in to Hawkesdene?

Answer

If you are arriving for the welcome dinner, we will be there to greet you in front of the main house. Then, we will direct you to your cabin/room. If you are arriving later, we will make someone available to direct you once you arrive.

Outdoor dining in March! Will there be heaters?

Answer

If it is too cold to be comfortable, both the pavilion and the wedding reception area will be heated. The wedding ceremony will not be heated.

Will we be able to get an Uber?

Answer

Andrews is a very small town and Ubers will not be available. Offsite guests will need a designated driver if they plan on drinking.

What am I supposed to RSVP to?

Answer

All guests can RSVP to the cold beverage hike, please RSVP if you plan to attend. If you are staying onsite, please RSVP for your arrival date, the rehearsal dinner, and the wedding. If you are staying offsite, please RSVP to the wedding and the rehearsal dinner (if you are able to attend).
