How do we RSVP?
Answer
We invite you to RSVP online here on the website by scanning the QR code that is on the back of the invitation, or texting us that you will be in attendance. We ask that you kindly RSVP by April 5th, 2025, this will get our venue an accurate guest count for our special day in a timely manner!

What do we wear?
Answer
We would love for you to get dressed up with us! We will have a springy, romantic color palette (pinks, peaches, yellows, oranges) and recommend semi-formal or cocktail attire! No jeans please :)

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We would love to celebrate with just our closest family & friends! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted. Thank you for understanding!

Are my kids invited?
Answer
While we would LOVE to have our closest littles celebrate with us, due to space restrictions, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to adults only. With the exception of immediate family!

What food will be served?
Answer
We will be having catering provided by Fare! A charcuterie display will be out during cocktail hour for you to enjoy, and for dinner, you will have the options of two stations- BBQ and carving, caesar salad, rolls and butter. The BBQ station will have pulled pork and pulled chicken, with BBQ and buffalo sauce on the side, tomato and cucumber salad, coleslaw, corn, salt potatoes, cornbread and mac and cheese. The carving station will have prime rib, with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. We will have an assortment of sweets for later on in the night, PLUS you can always venture over to Bill Gray's or Abbott's :)

Is this indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our reception will be indoors, BUT you will have the option to step outside if needed onto the patio area that is outside the entrance of the venue if you should need to!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, non alcoholic options, coffee & tea are all on us- enjoy :)

Can we take pictures / videos?
Answer
We will have a photographer & videographer there for a majority of our day to capture anything & everything. Please be respectful as they are our chosen vendors and this is their job, we love their work and this is why we picked them! With that being said, you are welcome to take photo/video during our reception as long as you are not distracting to either of them :) Plus- we would LOVE to see the day through our guests eyes!

Where do we stay?
Answer
We do not have a hotel block anywhere, but have provided a list of hotels that are in the surrounding area that you can stay at that make a short commute to the venue. What time should we arrive?

Since we will not be having a ceremony, we will go right into cocktail hour starting at 4pm :)

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes! They have their own parking lot to park in, for free! If you are planning on partying until the wee hours of the night with us, please, PLEASE have a DD or plan on getting an Uber. We want everyone to be safe & make it home after the night is over!
