We’re so excited to kick off the wedding weekend with you! The welcome party will be a relaxed evening to mingle, enjoy drinks and light bites, and spend time together before the big day. Light, festive cocktail attire is perfect—think flowy, sundresses dresses, jeans, button-ups or polos, and dressy sandals or heels. Since the event will likely be outdoors, breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes are recommended. Final details and location will be shared as we get closer to the wedding, but we expect the event to take place outdoors. We recommend planning for hot Florida weather!

We’ve chosen cocktail attire for the wedding. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing jeans, white or ivory, or overly casual clothing. Since the wedding is in September, think elevated, summer style — long or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, sports coats or blazers, dress pants, and dressy attire are all encouraged.
We’re excited to offer shuttle transportation to and from the wedding to and from the Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon. To help us finalize transportation plans, please be sure to indicate whether you’ll be riding the shuttle. Only guests who RSVP for the shuttle will have a reserved seat.

Join us the morning after the wedding for a relaxed poolside brunch. Stop by for coffee, breakfast bites, and one more chance to spend time together before everyone heads home. This is an optional event, all are welcome (kids included). Feel free to come as you are—brunch attire or swimsuits are welcome if you’d like to enjoy the pool. Drop in anytime!
