How can I check into the hotel before the ceremony?

Answer

Saturday night is fully booked. Due to room turnover, please call ahead for early room availability. We cannot guarantee guests will be able to enter rooms before the ceremony at 3 pm. If your room is not ready in time, the hotel will hold your luggage.

Why is there an intermission after the ceremony?

Answer

Due to set-up. Please use this time to check into the hotel or enjoy a drink at the Living Room or Rooftop bar. Thank you for understanding!
