In April of 2022, Karlee got a random friend request from a handsome man named Doug. With only a few mutual friends and a hunch that he was cute she accepted. A few days later she received a direct message from him. The first time they met in person was May 15, 2022, 3 years to the date of their wedding. Through their relationship there has been seasons of growth, times of laughter and adventure, along with a hole lot of love. Without placing Christ at the enter of their relationship they would not be where they are now. Putting him first and seeking to learn to love each other like Christ loves us has made their relationship grow and bring ampule amounts of joy.
