FAQs

Question

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab and insert your first name, last name, or both.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly respond by July 20th so we can finalize our guest count.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in Time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by July 20th, you will be marked as "not attending" We would love to celebrate with you, however, we do have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our wedding day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you)

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will not attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Will Attend" but find that you will no longer make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. Your invite will be made out to your name and a guest will appear when you RSVP if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception as an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so that you can celebrate with us.

Question

What is the Dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Feel free to wear your best formal/semi-formal outfit.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams. Ladies, please avoid wearing light blue dresses.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign our guest book, and find a seat.

Question

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then and arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to take a seat and will need to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do" We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like.

Question

Will there be an Open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be Signature drinks during cocktail hour but as we move inside for the reception, there will be beer, wine and, seltzers to choose from. We ask that you be patient and respect our bartenders!

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our Venue is located in the South part of Bixby/Broken Arrow. We have decided not to book a block of rooms to give our guests the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them. There are several hotels to choose from within a 40-minute drive of the venue.
