Welcome Event

To kick off the celebrations, we’d love to invite you to join us for welcome drinks and an optional dinner the night before the wedding. We’ve reserved a space at Loft Byron Bay for everyone joining us for welcome drinks from 4–6pm, so we can catch up, relax, and ease into the weekend together. Wedding

3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Guest Transport We’ve organised a bus to transport guests to and from the venue. Please arrive early at your nominated pick-up point, as the bus will depart promptly. Pick-up locations Byron Surf Club, 20 Bay Street Arrive 2:35 pm | Departs 2:45 pm Shirley Street Bus Shelter Opposite Eco Beach Resort, 35–37 Shirley Street Arrive 2:40 pm | Departs 2:50 pm The bus will arrive at Fig Tree Restaurant at approximately 3:00 pm. Please note: drinking alcohol on the bus is not permitted. Arrival & Welcome Drinks Guests arrive from 3:00 pm. Ceremony The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 pm. All events take place on site. Reception Food, drinks, dancing, and celebrations follow the ceremony. Return Transport Bus arrives at 9:45 pm Departs at 10:30 pm to original pick-up locations. Recovery Catch-Up – The Day After

We’d love to keep the good vibes going with a relaxed recovery catch-up the next day. Nothing formal, just a casual, low-key get-together. Feel free to grab a drink, have some lunch, or simply hang out and debrief the night before. Swing by if you’re around.
