Is there a ceremony?

The bride and groom opted for a private ceremony with their families, but are excited to celebrate afterwards.

Are children allowed?
Answer
While we would love all your children to attend, this is an adults only event with the exception of children of immediate family members. Your invitation will include 'Family' if children are invited.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us. Grab your semi-formal or dressy casual attire. While it may be hunting season in Wisconsin, please leave the camo, blaze orange & jeans for the woods.

Will there be food available?
Answer
Due to space constraints, dinner is a private event. Please check out the 'Things to Do' tab to find a local restaurant to enjoy beforehand.

Will there be a cash bar?
Answer
Yes, there will be a cash bar on site for your favorite beer, wine, and/or cocktail.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We ask that the private ceremony by unplugged, unless asked. We trust the photographer to capture our wedding ceremony perfectly. After the ceremony, please feel free to snap any pictures during dinner and the celebration.

Is parking available?
Answer
The venue is located downtown Fort Atkinson. There should be plenty of street parking available, as well as a parking lot nearby at the intersection of S. Water St. and Grant St.

Have you created a wedding registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you would like to honor us with a gift, there will be a card box at the venue. An Amazon wedding registry has been created as well. https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/karlaandken2024

Is there a hotel nearby?
Answer
Thank you for making the journey to celebrate with us. We're delighted to have family and friends both near and far joining. Please check the 'travel' tab for the hotel information.

Is there transportation?
Answer
There will not be coordinated transportation from the venue to the hotel. Please plan accordingly and responsibly to arrange transportation after the reception.
