Flight & Taxi Information

Please make sure to have a valid passport. If possible, please buy your flight tickets in advance for cheaper rates. Volaris Airline tends to have discounts around the beginning of March. There is a direct flight from Chicago Midway to Aguascalientes through Volaris. The flight is about 3.5-4 hours. Aeromexico is another airline you can book through, but it does not have a direct flight. Taxis from airport: Please be sure to grab an official airport taxi for safety. You can find these taxis outside the airport. Once you pass immigration and grab your bags, you can walk out the airport and immediately to the right there is a window with taxi information. You can let them know the name of the hotel you will be staying at and they will let you know which zone and get the taxi for you. Depending on the zone (how far the trip is) it shouldn't be more than approximately $350-$400 pesos ($20-$23 USD).

This is one of the hotels (cheaper) that we will be offering transportation from. It is directly across the other hotel, Fiesta Americana. This a 3-star hotel with complimentary breakfast. The transportation will be picking up guests from Fiesta Americana, so if you stay at ONE Hotel, please be sure to head over to the other hotel for pick up. Transportation is provided from Fiesta Americana to the church and from the church to the reception hall. Please note that transportation will not be provided back to the hotel. For this, we recommend using Uber.

This is the second hotel that we recommend. This is where we will be having the transportation pick everyone up. Fiesta Americana is a 5-star hotel and it includes a restaurant, outdoor pool, lobby bar, and gym.
