Hotel rooms are no longer available, where can I stay?

Answer

We do not have an additional room block at another hotel, so please feel free to stay anywhere you prefer (hotel, AirBnB, etc.) We only ask that you please RSVP to events you will be attending under RSVP tab, and update Andrew and Karla with details on where you'll be staying and what days you plan to come to the Playa Fiesta Hotel outside scheduled events, so we can let hotel know to provide you with access.

Please use this website to RSVP by following these simple steps: 1. Click on the tab labeled "RSVP". 2. Enter your First and Last name in the input field & click "Continue". 3. For each event, please click the "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend" buttons & click "Submit".

How do I book a hotel room?

Answer

We have reserved the entire hotel from Wednesday April 3rd through Sunday April 7th. Click on the "Travel" tab above to find detailed information regarding hotel accommodations. Because of the hotel package we have arranged for our guests (with lots of perks!), we kindly request booking a room at the hotel rather than outside accommodations. Please note, room booking reflects double occupancy. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any trouble booking.

Can I make a hotel reservation for less than 4 nights?

Answer

Because we have reserved the entire hotel for our guests from April 3rd-April 7th, the hotel requires that all reservations are made for the full duration of the wedding (4 nights). If you cannot stay at Playa Fiesta, please let us know what days you'll be joining us at the hotel so we can coordinate access with the hotel staff for those days. Please reach out to us with any questions around this!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes you can make a special dietary food request. When completing the RSVP form, simply describe your request & we will make sure to accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Of course! The hotel rooms at Playa Fiesta are all double occupancy, so we have given all guests a plus one option. Simply RSVP with your name and enter your plus one's name in the form provided.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all, so there is no need for presents.
