Things To Do

We are so excited to have you in New Mexico! Get lost in the Plaza and walk around all the amazing sights available. With countless activities throughout the region, we encourage you to explore the beautiful city of Santa Fe and its surrounding area and fully immerse yourself in its unique blend of culture, arts, history, nature, food, and of course, green Chile! Here are some of our favorite things to do in Santa Fe. If you will be taking additional time and want to explore more than just Santa Fe, we encourage a drive to the stunning mountain town in Toas, NM.
Palace of the Governors

Palace of the Governors

105 West Palace Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 476-5100

Here you will find local vendors selling their beautiful art. We encourage you to support their local artistry if you are looking for unique and distinctly native art pieces.

The Shed Restaurant

The Shed Restaurant

113 1/2 East Palace Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 982-9030

If there is one thing you won't regret in NM, it is stopping by The Shed. The food here is simply incredible and we highly recommend sampling the Green Chile enchiladas during your visit which remain the pride and joy of New Mexicans. One hint, request "Christmas" enchiladas for a blend of both red and green chiles.

, (505) 476-1269

New Mexico State Capitol

490 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87501

The New Mexico Round House is one of the most unique and beautiful state legislatures in the country. It is built in the shape of the Zia symbol. The legislature itself is an art gallery displaying incredible New Mexican art. You can schedule a self guided or free tour provided by the legislature at https://www.nmlegis.gov/visitors

Ten Thousand Waves

21 Ten Thousand Waves Way, Santa Fe, NM 87501
, (505) 982-9304

If you are interested in using this weekend to unwind and relax, we suggest you book some time at Ten Thousand waves, a Japanese inspired mountain hot spring that will leave you appreciate New Mexican resources.

Meow Wolf Santa Fe

Meow Wolf Santa Fe

Meow Wolf is one of the coolest and most immersive art experiences in the country. The concept has been so successful that multiple locations have opened up throughout the nation, the first being started in NM. Fun fact: George R. R. Martin sits on the board and is an active contributer to the museum experience (he is a local resident of Santa Fe.)
