What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire; We don’t require anyone to rent a tuxedo, but slacks and a button up shirt should be worn at a minimum. Ladies please wear a dress or nice pantsuit. Please do not wear jeans to this event.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather will be hot. Please expect temperatures to range in the mid 70s as a low and mid 90s as a high. Typically rainstorms do not occur during this time of year.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The reception and ceremony will be held at the same venue. The venue will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Everyone will be asked to leave the ceremony space. At this time, the room will be converted to a reception. We thank you for your patience in advance and will work to transform this room as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We’re sorry to hear that you can’t make it to our wedding. Please RSVP as NO by the our deadline of July 29th.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive promptly as our ceremony will start at 5 pm. No guests will be allowed to enter into the ceremony past this time.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking will be available in the parking lot west of the venue. Additional parking maybe found across 5th street north of the venue at Fellowship Church.

Can I bring a date/guests?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly invitation only. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget which is why it is important invited guests RSVP. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Food will be served at the reception. A cash bar will be available for all of our guests over the age of 21.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please do not take any decorations. Several of our decorations will be provided by our wedding coordinator.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to respect our wishes for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a photographer and will be happy to share her photos; however, we ask that our guests be present in the moment and turn off their phones.

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

You may contact the bride or groom by phone. Please do not attempt to contact the happy couple on the day of the celebration or the day prior.

Will drinks be provided during the reception?

Answer

The venue will offer a cash bar during the reception. No outside beverages will be allowed inside the venue.
